On May 16, 2016 at 3:00 pm, Onton Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and the Department of
Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics Technology at Tsinghua University officially
signed a cooperation agreement on the joint research and development of power quality
technology.

Both parties will combine advanced product design concepts and process technologies from
EnergieDaten in Germany with existing high-tech achievements from Tsinghua University in the
field of power quality, closely following market trends, and jointly researching power
